I would not want to have his knees in about 15-20 years! Does this not go thru some of these kids (overgrown ones anyway) minds? His season started out rough but he definitely improved as the season went on. Biggest issue for him I think is he needs to lose some weight and get more agile. Talk is when he got to Bama he was close to 400 pounds and he was playing the season around 370.
Think that Michigan title drove the Ohio St. boosters/fams & coaches nuts. Think they are in "whatever it takes" mood for this upcoming season.. Day better get it done or he may get launched.

I remember just a few short years ago, Harbaugh was in the the same reversed position. What has Harbaugh and Michigan done differently in the last 3-4 years to make the comeback?See:

FIFYProctor: "Hey coach, good to hear from you."
Ferentz: "You know we'd love to have you back home here."
Proctor: "I appreciate that coach. Who's Iowa's OC?"
Ferentz: "My nephew."
Proctor: "Sure, sign me up."
Ferentz: "If the trash can was filthy dirty, no, of course not!"p.s.
Proctor: “One last thing coach. You’d never make me run around the track with a trash can on my head, would you?”
Coached against Ryan DayI remember just a few short years ago, Harbaugh was in the the same reversed position. What has Harbaugh and Michigan done differently in the last 3-4 years to make the comeback?
Ew, that's not much of an endorsement.Coached against Ryan Day
9 years!!!!!!
Good question. And they have their own board(s); you would think...that they...would...stay over there? Why are there Hawkeye trolls in here dirtying up this thread? There's an ISR board for that.
Watching her before she got hurt, you knew we had never had a player quite like her. So smooth. Well at least she is on staff helping our young team improve.Yeah - I was kind of being sarcastic about BYU. In regards to OSU - I was talking about their current QB, Bowman, whom the NCAA just granted a SEVENTH year to. That is some major BS right there in my opinion (I'm still ticked about Soares being denied by the NCAA last year - I really believe that, with her, we had Elite 8 & F4 potential).
Other than that, give me one good reason? LOLThread title: Transfer Portal Tracker
Recent high profile transfer: Kayden Proctor; stud from central Iowa, graduate from a high school that has won 3 straight 5A titles and produced a number of D1 starters, including a RB everyone on this board should be very familiar with, who started every game for Alabama as a freshman is transferring
Scuttlebutt: Iowa is a real possibility for his future, and many posters feel compelled to act like they know something else
Hmmm…not sure why “Iowa” elements are here and part of the conversation![]()
An oldie but still a goody.Making money going to school. What a country! (as Yakov would say)
He is NOT an example of perfect English language etiquette, is he.Won’t use the F word, but fine calling someone’s wife a *****
Completely remade the staff and went to an NFL defensive system. The staff was the biggest part. He got rid of a few guys players didn’t want to play for.I remember just a few short years ago, Harbaugh was in the the same reversed position. I really wish Sanders had stayed.New Mexico got a RB transfer from Arizona State. Only 3 carries this year so I think Sanders should be able to beat him out on the depth chart... New Mexico has 6 players transferring to UL Monroe. That has to be a record for most players transferring from one team to another.
Can't have enough good RB's. He was developing nicely. All the best for him though now!I really wish Sanders had stayed.
New Mexico does return a RB that topped 1,000 yards and had 17 TDs last season, so I doubt Sanders will start. Can't have enough good RB's. He was developing nicely. All the best for him though now!
There will probably be more than a few times in the next year or two that we wish we still had him.
