Actually I think that We Will supports all athletics at ISU if the athletes want to participate. @brentblum can confirm. Also, I believe that thru the We Will you can specify what your donation goes to. i.e. Wrestling, Tennis, Swimming/Diving, etc.

So what you are saying is because we have winnable duals coming up we didn’t want to try and compete with a superior team? That’s the gist I got
He quite literally said it on this weeks podcast. By default it is split between the three major sports but if you donate to We Will and specify to them that you want it to go to Wrestling, Golf, etc. he will make sure it goes there.
Ok. Well it’s not very clear at all then because they had an ad they ran last week on Twitter where the wrestlers in it didn’t get any NIL for it, per also what he said on this forum. It’s a lot more confusing than it should be. the simple way if you want to donate to Wrestling is just use the Cardinal and Gold. Other sports, use we will.

Not directly, so you have to specify wrestling to get it through we will. They would pass it on to c and g that’s why it’s indirect
I understand what everyone is saying regarding the Cardinal and Gold Collective. What I am saying, and what @wxman1 said. You can specifically tell the Week Will Collective that you want your money to specifically go to wrestling and they will do that. I can't reach out to the Cardinal and Gold Collective and ask them to donate to the football, gymnastics, etc team. Ultimately each sport could get their own collective, but I think it would spread everything too thin and people wouldn't donate at all.
Either way, to get back to wrestling, I appreciate the information on the Cardinal and Gold cause I didn't know about that.
Why would you even deal with that? Why wouldn’t you just give directly to the cardinal and gold if you wanted to support wrestling?

Because I like all of ISU sports. I go to Men's and Women's BBall, Football, Wrestling, Gymnastics, etc. The We Will is easy enough for me to donate to. As mentioned, I feel as if each group had it's own collective we wouldn't get as many donations. I appreciate all the feedback and love talking wrestling with all of you.
