I heard it was because they used a Wilson basketball.
KSU took the risk of making Clark beat them, and it paid off.
Martin and Marshall did not contribute (2 points between the two of them), and they got 17 in the post out of three players. Between these five players, they got 19 points.
Maybe Bluder should have spent less time in the tanning bed prepping for their trip to Florida and more time with her post players.
Ayoka Lee was very efficient and after early foul trouble played really composed the last three quarters. That was the difference, her being on the floor.

Yeah that sleeveless look on Bluder was not a good one.
They only do that for wins. For losses it's nice and quiet and there are plenty of excuses for why they lost.
Didn't watch the game. It was my b'day and instead said a silent prayer to the universe and I got my wish. It was a nice day out.
I assume she was her usual charming self and blamed someone in her post game interview

This morning on kxno a person who was on the staff at Dowling said he thought CC showed a poor attitude.
Been awhile since I've seen Lee play and not look to either be in pain or hobbled by her knee(s). Once she gets back to full basketball shape she's going to be a terror in the Big 12.
That was somewhat contingent on her teammates not doing much, especially the other seniors who where completely shutdown. Contrast with their last game where they made shots and Clark only had to shoot 13 times.
Yep...team defense is the key, but sometimes Clark can close her eyes, toss the basketball over her head backwards and swish it. She can be bloody unconscious at times.
True, but when she is defended like last night (which isn’t very often), she isn’t quite as cocky and confident. Also she is getting her butt kicked and I don’t think she handles that very well.
No she hates it..every single time she gets tapped shes looking right for the ref to blow the whistle.
True - but the officials have to not fall for her antics otherwise she shoots 15-20 FT
