It would be worth him taking one just to watch ZRF explode. Can't make a free throw to save his life but making a 3 seems likely?

whenever Big Rob does a flex during a game, I like to think he is flexing on ZRF.
That's kinda what I'm keeping an eye on.My guess is Omaha will have a big game tonight.
Hah! As long as he remembers to flex when he tries a labored post move that results in a travel/TO, loses a rebound from making himself small, botches a perfect entry pass, or gets torched on switch isolations (ala Mizzou) I'm cool with .

You're right.
It's clear you're at practice and watch game film with the coaches and know why different decisions get made.
Jones showed some damn good touch around the rim on Monday. If he can continue that without bricking layups, I'm fine with him getting all the minutes he wants.First off I've never pretended to know anything about what goes on in practice. But, to your point, if the coach's are making decisions based off of practice versus an ample sample size for a veteran player, that's a mistake. That sounds like high school favoritism where the coach's (sometimes) play favorites, be it for political or sentimental reasons. You don't play guys JUST because they play hard they need to be better than your available options for the given minutes. The latter has always been my gripe on Jones and there is pretty good data to back that up.
4 for 4 from the field last game. I believe.Hah! As long as he remembers to flex when he tries a labored post move that results in a travel/TO, loses a rebound from making himself small, botches a perfect entry pass, or gets torched on switch isolations (ala Mizzou) I'm cool with .
to be fair, here, it was Green Bay.Jones showed some damn good touch around the rim on Monday. If he can continue that without bricking layups, I'm fine with him getting all the minutes he wants.

Be nice if both Nebraska and ISU would scrap the Lindenwood game on their schedules and play one another instead. I predict a hammering tonight.Lindenwood coming off an 84-52 road loss to Fred's Huskers Monday night. vegasinsider.com ISU -33.5. No Mercy!

there is a difference in having touch around the rim vs. one of the worst Division I school and have touch around the rim against KU.
let me be OPTIMISTICto be fair, here, it was Green Bay.
