You never bet against your own team no matter what. It means you don’t think you can win and as a player you always think you will win going into a game.
I beg to differ. We lost 24 straight games over 3+ years in high school. The stands would be damn near empty with only parents remaining after halftime when all the band parents left.
LM. We went from mid 2004 season I believe to a couple games into the 2008 season without a win.
Aah I was wash 05-09 I guess we were too busy beating Jeff at sports for me to notice that haha.
It does come to attitude basically. My freshman year I was on varsity and we went 0-8, we all thought we would win every game going in (next year we went 8-0 so it's not like we didn't have ability). Then when I transferred my senior year to my other school they hadn't had a winning season since like when the Stensruds were playing and you could tell the attitude was awful for several of the players and they were there just to screw around.
Yeah we obviously somehow lost to them as well. Jeff has had some doozies too. Meanwhile LM basketball was a buzzsaw.
I can understand that. I don't think anyone should be tarred and feathered. But the integrity of the sport (such as it is) cannot survive players betting on games they play in. So I think if he did bet on a game he played in then he deserves whatever he gets.
I don't disagree and it is a "low confidence" action. The smartest option would've been to not place the bet at all. However, I do think a "throwaway" bet is different than a "throw-a-game" bet.
Sorry but these kids were told multiple times DO NOT DO THIS! and did it all jobs have minimum requirements, these weren't meant drop them. The team can regrow after being pruned back.
Went out to say good morning to the girls just now. One of them is really gimpy...she must have caught her left rear leg on a deadfall or something. She's eating just fine, but she won't set the foot down when standing or walking. The hip looks disjointed, too. I called the goat guys; they're going to check on her today. 
Nah. This is just the group wanting to discuss in here.

Night crew update: We started last night, not thrilled, but at least content that we'd be finishing the boys locker room and then be done with lockers and locker rooms.
Then we had to check something and found out that the day shift didn't do the girls locker room and saw our future. Not an inspiring start for the tired people.
Three more nights of locker rooms. Woof.

Got the yard mowed last night it was mainly needed in the shade and where the weeds sprinted to the lead. also picked up .45 of rain last night YA!
