Beautiful sunrise today.

I wish interstate speed limits were variable lightly traveled I 35 low traffic count great visibility and road conditions 85-90 would be nicer than the cruise locked 79.

I think some people hate their jobs the Casey's in Clear Lake manager is always grumpy. Usually I ignore it, but a month ago or so ago when he tried to screw me on some pricing I called him on it. He was on again today just a d*ck like usual.

I probably shouldn't tell y'all this but it's just too funny to not share. He always takes a while to wake up after anesthesia, and he was one of the last ones still in the unit so the nurse was trying to get him woke up so we could leave. She finally got him off the bed and into the chair. At that point she asked if he wanted to get dressed and he mumbled some response. So she asked if he wanted her to help him, and I told her no, I could handle it. She goes out of the room and barely has the curtain pulled before he decides to flash me.
He doesn't remember it at all. I started laughing because it was just such an old man thing to do, and the nurse came back to see what was going on. I just couldn't tell her...

Well, I saw something new today. Went rafting and seemed like the son was taking awhile to change. So after a bit the wife says I need to go and check on him in the changing/restroom/shower area. It’s not easy to not look creepy doing that. So I would look for shoes and anything hanging over the doors as recognizable as his. I make my way down to the showers and all of a sudden this dude whips the door open and stands there, it was only a second but those situations always seem longer. I had never seen an Indian person naked before, I guess I get to check that off now. As if I was ever wanting to check it off in the first place.

Well a better day at work, shorter so better, didn't take any pain killers after work. Weird fog on hte way there for the most part it was that high drifty for but did drive through a couple of dense patches.

First day done. They rode 77 miles and we picked up Bucky's caches in 7 counties and county seats in three of those. Looooooong day fr all of us!
