Thanks. She's improving but she's going to need significant help if she ever wants to live at home again. She has a couple of friends in a local facility so that may not be a terrible alternative.

A few months ago she fell. Her recovery had been slow and she had been staying with my sister in Chicago when she fell again. Hopefully, she gets out of the rehab place in Chicago next weekend.

Falling is terrible for older people.

That's something they ask us every time we go in for a physical now. It's a huge concern as you age because of the brittle bones and the slower recovery times.

Yes. I understand they were trying to say that a firm was responsible for him being hired there. The wording they used made it sound like he came back from the dead to be hired by that firm.

Anybody else have concerns regarding air quality issues and RAGBRA? Rode yesterday (mask less), sinus’s are packed and I‘m hacking. The sky has looked like dirty milk the last few days. Hope to ride tomorrow, will wear a mask. Seriously considering not going.

Home from the Story County fair where I attended with my mom and 3 nieces. Old uncle Rulzzz spent as much time as he could sitting. Walking is already hard for me but heat makes it worse. But always enjoy spending time with them. They are growing fast as they are 14, 10 and soon to be 6.
