I don't care how cheap of a move it was to go the 'western' route, I watch Back to the Future 3 whenever it's on.
After watching 2 the first time, I never could bring myself to rewatch it or watch 3.
2 drags on but the darkness and deeper complexity was a different angle.
I think overall it's an underrated series.
90 degrees but not that humid here today. For being 90 it was pretty comfortable to me. Biked 24 miles. DND.
Didn't spy much in the way of anything interesting. Last ride I spotted a vintage British TR-3 Triumph. Very cool. Dude was even wearing an old school British driving cap.

Screwed the pooch coaching my sons little league team yesterday. Team did ok but my son is clearly over coached by me and now has a bad case of the yips. I feel bad as it’s definitely my fault.
I got to meet @VeloClone's daughter yesterday at our neighbor's graduation party. She is a fantastically sweet girl. I also met his wife who is extremely likeable, as is his son. Velo himself? eh.
He's got great kids, I agree. We've met them at a few tailgates.
Our son's team finally won a game. Plate discipline is coming around. We have some major frustrations with the league itself. Every better starts 1-1 to try and speed things up, strike zone can be iffy at times. A ball is rarely in play and most innings are just a walk fest until the 5 run inning limit.
We've had this happen twice. Both times it was because someone visiting with toddlers flushed "flushable" wipes, which are NOT flushable no matter what the packaging says.
8. It is somewhat expected but I still think they could do a couple of pitches by the pitcher and then coach pitch. No use practicing anything fielding wise at this point based off of game performance.
as far as i know we don't flush anything of that sort but who knows- could be anything.
maybe my wife took a massive sh*t while i was gone that clogged the sewer line and shes going to hold that secret for life.
our septic probably needs cleaned out as it's been past the 5 years they recommend. i like to live on the wild side.
Utility company was dragging their feet about trimming our tree impeding the power line coming into the house. We notified them in late March and they kept putting it off. After getting our homeowner's insurer involved, they'll be out within the next 2 weeks to take care of it. Sucks for them that they waited so long because now the tree is fully bloomed and it's a nightmare to navigate with all of the leaves. Should have gotten around to it in early April.
Same age here. We’ve done some hybrids in smaller town tourneys this year where after a couple walks a coach pitches to a batter but never with a 1-1 count. That seems really silly. I don’t understand the rationale there. Even against some of the better USSSA teams we’ve played, walks are an issue. Per USSSA rules, 8u doesn’t have a 5 run limit per inning which I also have a problem with. We played a game last week where the first inning took an hour and a half. How the hell does that teach them anything?
