I've seen that rumor floating around a few lesser publications. First time I'd seen this in a major publication
Yeah that's been out there for years but I never really gave it much though, especially when Lewis was walking all over everybody like Max is doing now. However with the Mercedes Struggling a little bit maybe there's something to it this time.

Eh, seems more like a we didn't have a race so lets generate some rumors thing.

Has MB not been really competitive (relatively speaking) this year or last year? Yes. Does anyone seriously doubt the MB won't get this thing figured out and back in serious contention? No. Will it be enough to catch RB? Probably not.

It may not be until 2024 due to cost cap (ie can't completely redo their entire car right now), but the further down they fall, the more wind tunnel and CFD time they will get to get the 2024 car right.

Glad they are racing this weekend but just wish the Monaco race was better. Pretty much it is just follow the leader.

I'm amazed at how much time they continue to find. Zho was #1 at one point after the red flag and he finished last.

Don’t get me wrong, because of the prestige and history it should always stay on the calendar. But that’s really the only action we can get here, racing against times.
Yeah, it is what it is. I'd drop one of the other boring tracks before Monaco though just because it looks cool and obviously the history.

Did anyone else see the car on the front of that yacht. Looked like they had a Ferrari on the damn yacht. Those yacht owners are playing on a different level than the rest of us

Question I have never asked . Hopefully someone knows. Charles Leclerc. Why does the announcer sound like he is calling him John Leclerc. Is that what he goes by or is his accent to different it just sounds like he is calling him John? Just curious

The French pronunciation of his name is more like Sharl, I'd imagine that's what you're hearing.
