would he have to sit since he already transferred once?

Lol, yeah, probably a huge upgrade at the guard position for them.
Hes from Chicago so I'd expect he probably goes back to an MVC level Midwest team.
Grad transfer so he doesn't have to sit.would he have to sit since he already transferred once?

I have zero knowledge on how that works honestly..would he have to sit since he already transferred once?
Yeah, I'm sure he's a good kid, just not sure what kind of b.s. he was fed from Kansas or what kind of future he envisioned when he went there. He didn't even start at Drake in 2021.I talked to his parents Thursday on the shuttle bus from parking to WF. Really nice people.
He's too athletic for Iowa.Couple of Iowa fans in the comments saying they want him lol
Yeah you may be right it is hard to keep track. of all the transfer changes.I didn't think that was a thing anymore
He'd be out of control in Fran's system IMO lolHe's too athletic for Iowa.
Who??Absolutely a take. Plays through contact.

I don't think anyone knows the rules at this point. I'm seeing so many guys transferring for the 2nd or 3rd time and I just don't understand what's going onMan, I wanted to get this kid when he left Illinois last year and thought we would have a chance with him being a midwest kid. Had such a good year, he's putting his name into the draft. But maybe he is just getting feedback and we could take interest again. But now that I say that, he just had his one time transfer this year, so he would have to sit out. I guess. Still say those 'rules' they posted makes one wonder if there is still going to be loopholes.

Here is wording from an NCAA Q&A on grad transfers. Sounds like there is a waiver process to be immediately eligible. You are correct, and the NCAA has claimed they are going to essentially stop waivers since the free transfer rule is in place. Since (ahem) GRAD TRANSFERRING IS NO LONGER A THING he would be a sit-one play-one. Unless the NCAA continues to hand out waivers. Who really knows at this point.
