Has George decided if the Pac 12 is going to shop Big 12 schools yet? What a dumb comment to have on the record.

what if utah is out and oregon is in. that would be cool
If Oregon was all in then yes. But everything is pointing to Oregon will eventually get a Big Ten invite so why offer if they are going to be looking for the next ticket to the Big Ten in a few years?

Thanks for clearing everything up Utah. So brave.

Anyone in the Big 12 going to cry if Utah decides they don't want in?

If the **** starts to really hit the fan and this all starts to happen would any Big 12 fan lose sleep about Utah?

I hope the Big 12 is leaking rumors. We know what it's like to **** around and find out.

Stupid truck stop schools, huh? Tougher than a two dollar steak

Wasn’t Utah in the Mountain West just 10 years ago?

Seems like they have memory issues as to what life looked like before joining the PAC. Looks like they could be heading back that way if they keep up.

I like how these Pac12 people are getting pissed about stories about the Big12 being ready to take teams when for years everyone just shut on the Big12.

“When my life leaves me, it won’t be because the other guy was hotter or richer or whatever. It’ll be because I was complacent, unappreciative, and completely misread the situation for years!”

says the dude that is perpetuating the media narrative that "the big 12 is being predatory" and not "this is all the result of big 10 expansion".

**** him. he is literally guilty of the exact thing he is accusing the big 12 of doing, shaping the narrative.

"HOW DARE THE BIG 12 ACT IN ITS BEST INTEREST. HOW DARE THOSE TRUCK STOP ******* NOT BE TRUCK STOP *******"

the national media needs to take a look in the mirror and see their bias here.

I love this narrative. The Big 12 cut in line. Bull ****. It wasn't a child cutting in line for a treat

It was Yormark completely beating the PAC to the punch. It was a strategic move not a "cut"

this BS is just constant from the national media. the big 12 is evil and all their actions have evil intent while the pac is just some poor victim in all this and all their efforts are noble and just.

also, and not to harp on this but here is one more thought...

it takes 2 to tango. the media partners wanted to settle up with the big 12 and agreed to enter into negotiations with them. they could have said no, lets wait, we have this more lucrative deal pending with the Pac, but they sure as **** didnt because that wasnt the case. the big 12 was the more lucratuive deal.

With the exception of Washington State, Oregon State and possibly Arizona, pretty much all of the remaining PAC schools look down their nose at the Big 12. They feel we need them more than they need us (just look at Colorado's message board). The PAC schools believe we'll take them whenever THEY decide they'll grace us with their presence, and that may be true.

For that reason, I'd love to see us take the 2 Arizona schools to kill off the PAC, and then let the other PAC schools twist in the wind long enough to be humbled. Then see if OU and UW are willing to sign a long term GOR. If they say no, only then consider bringing in a couple more PAC schools (or 1 more PAC along with San Diego State).

I wasn't in favor of taking Colorado until ASU and Utah starting revealing they are beatches. Take those two and let the rest twist in the wind. That would force the PAC to add 2 schools to stay alive.
What are you basing your ASU comment on? I’ve been following them pretty closely and they aren’t bad. Most fan response I’ve seen is positive towards the Big12.

Kliavkoff is out there selling snake oil. Talking about shopping for Big 12 schools and beating the SEC/B1G in money.

While he was shoveling bull **** Yormark saw the landscape and got to ******* work.

BY is a savant at this.

he know exactly what his product is and who his client is and is selling the **** out of it.

the B1G and SEC and pac to a lesser extent are so drunk on sniffing their own farts for decades that they have lost touch with this. they think they have some product that people will just line up to buy and to some extent they do. but the thing about product that sells itself is, that it requires no salesmanship. now the pac is in a place where they really need a salesman and they dont have one AND dont even know what product they are selling.

You were doing great until you suggested adding SDSU
