Yeah not sure why they don't do that. If Purdy is this hurt that he can't throw then I bet CMC can throw a better ball plus you get another blocker

Both of today's games had the potential to be absolutely legendary with how well each team matched up. I mean absolutely epic level potential.

This first game, not so much.

I actually think the narrative that BP has GUTS to come in an play with an injured elbow regardless of outcome even just handing the ball to CM every play.

It sure looks like they asked him to come finish the game but keep from getting hurt. The game is done so don't make things worse for next yr.

McCaffery has been there for 3 months, I doubt he knows the playbook well enough to play a position he never thought he’d have to.
