There are zero good reasons to stay in Chicago. Fields is also killing his touches.
Fields will get himself hurt before long. It happens pretty consistently in the NFL with QB's who run that much.
Would be great if he got another 4ish years out of his career.
After the Bears chose not to extend DM before the season, I wanted him out of Chicago to be honest. If he was as important as they said at the time, then you extend prior to the season.
Yeah, he's proven that this year a couple times. Chicago pushing their chips all in on him is hilariously stupid.

It's right on par for how CHI operates.
He was outplayed by a 6th round draft pick this year. Not to bag on David, because I do think there's a niche market for a back with his skills, but it wasn't a good look for him this year.
Hopefully his agent helps him get a good deal as a 1a or 1b kinda back. I don't see people lining up to pay him bellcow back money.
I'd like to see him in Tennessee. Henry needs less touches if he wants to last.

SF running back situation is about as good as it gets.
I don't think they're in the market for an RB sadly, they've got their premier back in McCaffery through 2025 and they have Elijah Mitchell on a cheap rookie contract through 2024.
