How is he a con-man? TESLA and SpaceX are cons? I think you're making an incredibly terrible comparison because you personally don't like Elon Musk, for whatever reason. Are you implying he conned people into buying Tesla vehicles and using SpaceX rockets? Are you implying he bout Twitter for a con game?
All the people who do say its a complete ******** and Elon's "management" shows he has absolutely no idea not just how twitter works but how software development works.
The source doesn’t need to be infallible. He was sharing what industry insiders have shared, who would have an expert opinion based what is known and what they know.
Tesla has been conning people with his "full self driving" thing for some time now. And the other long list of frauds that I already listed out for you that you ignored.
But beyond that, Elon Musk has conned people into believing he is smart. No. He has wealth.
No, all the people you choose to listen to say it's a complete **********. You think Elon has no idea how software development works....really? Again I'll ask, for the casual Twitter user, there is no observable difference today compared to a month ago. He didn't always have wealth so I don't know what you are talking about. Yeah, the guy that built Tesla and SpaceX is dumb and just got lucky. The guy that built the biggest electric car company in the U.S. and the biggest rocket company in the world just got lucky twice. That's what you're going with? Anyone else could have done it easily if they had his money......that he made by building Tesla and SpaceX.
Almost like they don't want to see it. The Venn diagram between this group and those who say "well we just want to see the best person for the job/role/award get it, not be based on their gender or skin color" is a circle.

But NASA is doing a lot more than "just" launching rockets. They are doing fundamental science. Artemis. James Webb telescope. DART (asteroid defense). In addition to developing rockets and putting things into orbit. Same as any other government.
