It is 100% a clown shoes move. He's so wildly, wildly unqualified it defies belief. How many minority coaches over the years haven't gotten the job because they're told they don't have the experience, even though they've been a coach in the NFL for years? And then they give Saturday the job when he's never coached at the college or pro level. It's laughable.

Cowher on the CBS Pregame show today. Love everything he said. Interim coach should imo always be a guy on the current staff who knows what going on within that team.
