Question about WV game (kicking)

Sorry if it was mentioned, I searched Nettles and Gilbert (to no avail). Was there a reason of swapping between them today?
I was busy this afternoon and didn't catch much of the game.

They've alternated kickers for PATs in two other games as I recall, don't know a reason other than that the kickers were reportedly close in competition. Rewarding the backup a little maybe, or keeping him accustomed to game situations in case, like other positions? You'll have to ask the ST coach

In any case Nettles now is 4-4 but almost missed one in a prior game, Gilbert is 18-19, for the season.
