NFL: ***2022 NFL Season Thread***

At what point does the shine start to come off of Trevor Lawrence? Obviously he's the best they've got, and he's not untalented. But, he was heralded as a generational talent in college, and so far, he has not really lived up to that. Clearly, it's still early to be making any definitive judgement calls, but I imagine even the most die hard Jags fan is starting to have some creeping doubts about him.
I don't see it with him either. His decision making is terrible, and that's hard to coach out of guys by now. His coaching situations definitely have sucked, but still.

Wow, what a finish to this Carolina Atlanta game. And a perfect example of how stupid the celebration rules are. A grown ass man was too happy he just caught a miracle TD.

Panthers fan here. It doesn't matter, that's a fricking selfish and boneheaded play by Moore there. May have cost his team the win. A 48 yard FG should still be made, but that's a stupid fricking move. Celebrate and love on yourself, but why did you feel you needed to remove the helmet? Like why? You know that's getting flagged.

Better hope to God they win or he will go from amazing to laughing stock in the blink of an eye.

Sure, but that being a dumb decision doesn't change how stupid the rule is.

Someone please help me and tell me it will all be ok at some point. I cheer for two teams that are incapable of making the simple plays, especially on special teams.

I am a Cyclone and Panther football fan…

Pineiro sucks so much ass.

That throw from Walker was f-ing nuts. Drops it in from ~68 yards over the air. A number of other starting QBs in this league could not make that throw in that situation.

Agree. He had a 3rd down play where we gave a wr a huge cushion at the 1st down marker and he horribly over threw the wr. That's a easy play you need to make.

I feel like Robinson thinks he's a top 15 receiver in his own head, when in reality he's like top 100. But I may be a bitter bears fan after watching him jog routes for 2 years.
