I think Fred started updating his resume when frost got fired. Seems a little similar and it doesn’t look like he has a tourney run in him this year.
Fred is certainly on the hot seat, but I suspect far more patience about bad basketball than bad football in Lincoln.
Just listened to the interview with the Gilbert middle school softball girls. HE says a lot of the same things to them that we hear him say on the interviews he does. How crazy/cool is it that a major college FB coach also coaches middle school softball. I mean he certainly not doing it for the money.

Yeah, but it was just jsb. She worries about everything. The job at Dowling could open up and she would think there’s a chance Campbell would leave us for them. She also thought the best we could do in our coach search after firing CPR was to hire a position coach.
After a point, money isn't everything. What is it with infinite greed? Show me a person who'll jump for those dollars from what CMC is making and I'll show you a person I couldn't trust to hold my wallet.

Exactly..People aren't taking into account words directly from Campbell interviews. His wife likes Ames and wants to raise her children there. CMC coaching his kids and pulling that into his halftime speeches only support the idea he isn't money driven. He has other life priorities.
I wonder if Fred wants to be TJ’s assistant/“offensive coordinator”?
What kind of money? Campbell has turned down $6-8M from Washington, and $8-10M from the Lions.
