This makes no sense. Who will they hire that's any better? The SEC has gotten tougher in recent years and that's not a program that has what it takes to be near the top.
Travis on kxno (take it for what it's worth) said there's rumors of Altman to Mizzou and Tony Bennett to LSU.
I mean SF was good this year but this is a school that's made a lot of Final Fours the the last 25 years. Unimpressive hire IMO.
I like Prohm to Kansas State personally
Sounds like Maryland hiring Seton Hall's coach, and he's pushing for Shaheen Holloway from St Peter's to be his replacement.
Does anyone know if Prohm is looking to get back into coaching? He is a guy (and this is not an insult) that I can see taking a look at his bank statement, taking a HS job and absolutely loving it.
I feel like Prohm would kill it at Lipscomb, MTSU, Chattanooga
I like all of those hires. I wanted Gates at ISU last cycle, I think he’ll do very well at Missouri. Holloway (St Peter’s) is a Seton Hall alum and coaches there for 8 years which makes sense although hiring a coach because of one magical weekend isn’t usually a good idea.
