All of those options are intriguing for different reasons.

Pederson has a pretty recent ring. He has lead a cursed franchise to the top in the not too distant past.

Flores is a proven younger HC who has been successfully turning around a terrible franchise prior to being strangely fired.

O'Connell is the high risk/high reward intriguing prospect who could be the next coaching genius, but hasn't proven it at this level yet.

That's also my preference order among the 3.

I'd be fine with Flores, but Pederson doesn't really do anything for me. The guy had basically one outstanding year with Philly. Was pretty mediocre the rest of the time. I could probably talk myself into the idea if he ends up being the pick, but it definitely wouldn't be my first choice.

Except for Flores. I would be totally okay with him.
The only thing that prevents me from being high on Flores is the need to hire a new GM on top of a head coach. That could be a longer process if we're interested in someone from a playoff team. I like the guy too, but he will not be unemployed for very long.

Hardest of hard passes on a defensive coach.

I'd rather have Fangio or Flores as a DC. Let them know it is their unit and the HC is mostly here to score points. See KC, TB, LAR, SF and GB.

This is kind of true. Their castoffs may be pretty good.

On another topic. Things that Green Bay has is a legacy of great management, an eye for talent, and top coaches: Holmgren, McCarthy, and LaFleur are great coaches in the last 25 years. (Among head coaches at Green Bay are several Mikes or others with names starting with "M.")

Finding and developing QBs and adjunct talent is also proven.

This proven track record of success and players will take less pay because they believe the money is LESS important than getting to the playoffs, and into the Superbowl, with a chance to win EVEN if they haven't done it recently. It is there.
McCarthy is not really a good coach. We will see if Lafleur is.... after Rodgers leaves we will truly know. Holmgren was good.
