Haven't read through the whole thread so SIAP. An Iowa Education site discussing it.

That's a RWNJ site.

Is that website a joke or parody? It has to be. Please tell me people don't treat that as legitimate.

The only search results I get for "kitty litter school" seem to be links to The Iowa Standard and a story about some Colorado schools having buckets and kitty litter as part of a crisis package for a long lock down (for school shooting, I assume).

I can't find reference to anything in other states. I'd think there would be school board meeting minutes or something like that available if this was actually discussed there.

In @1UNI2ISU post he/she said the ciriculum director was shared between two districts which, in my mind, would indicate that person wouldn't be in either district administration hierarchy. More like a subject matter expert.
Some schools share superintendents, some principals, some curriculum directors. They are just half time or so but are like counselors and are above the general certified staff.

Look at what people claim to be their service/therapy animals.

A guy had a sugar glider with him at the Ft. Dodge airport. FYI- a sugar glider is a type of smaller possum.

Under things you learn, never knew sugar gliders are part of the possum family. Thanks for that knowledge.
