O-Line is getting killed every snap, especially #54.
Purdy made a terrible mistake, but he’s trying to overcome a horrible play caller and o line. Can’t fault him too much if at all.
Defense is playing very well, outside OUs second play.
And yet, only down 7 in the game and it should be tied.

Like, how many more years is the sports media gonna hype up the Ohio State Michigan game? Buckeyes will win by 4+ touchdowns like usual.

I think this year has kind of made me realize we need to adjust our expectations of Campbell. He's definitely building a very, very solid program, but he's also probably not going to overcome the built-in disadvantages when coaching at ISU like we'd maybe hoped.

He’s already overcome the built-in disadvantages. We just went to a NY6 bowl and won the Fiesta Bowl last year. Imagine that happening prior to Campbell.

He’s ISU’s J-Bo. He’s got great stats but that’s largely a product of how long he’s started. He’s certainly partially responsible for the success of this era… but throw Wallace or Rosenfels in this offense and do they not also destroy the record books? Maybe without all the turnovers?

If Seneca was the QB, this team would most likely be undefeated and that’s not a shot at Purdy. Seneca was that explosive and good of a player. There’s a reason he played in the NFL for 10 years.
