That does seem steep for a ****** Navy team.

Also, it doesn't look like the Navy game is until next week which might actually be worse since that's the Oklahoma game. I don't want you to show up to the stadium on the wrong day. That seems like something I would do.

Oh ****. I just assumed at this point in the season bye weeks were over for schools. Didn’t even bother looking at the actual date.

I just made my husband VERY happy!

And before you start in with the off color guesses as to how, I'll tell you.

He is booked for a 6 day trip in February, meeting up with our youngest son to go do their favorite thing together: watch races. They're going to go to the Daytona 500 (plus all the time trials & stuff the week before). He's always wanted to go to one of the bigger races. He used to race at the fairgrounds, Boone & Stuart (before he met me). He & J spent a lot of time working on cars together. I'm super excited for them. It's a boys trip; the ladies are staying home.

Pro Tip: If you are looking to get rid of the fried walleye smell from your kitchen make your next cooking event curry chicken. Entire house smells of curry. Actually the same smell when I would still go to Manchester and check into local hotel. Always smelled like curry in the lobby because of the family manager apt just behind the lobby. Always thought I should ask them to invite me for supper. ;)

I cook curry veggies or some curry dish like once a week because of this reason.

Veterans Day so watching a MN PBS special on the Japanese language school in WWII that was located in MN. Some of the graduates were with Merrill's Marauders in Burma. Flashback, as I remember the Dell comic book and the movie on this campaign. Wish I had saved those comic books. Apparently Little Boxster spent 12 cents for this comic in 1963! Now I think I should look up and watch that old Jeff Chandler movie.

That is just creepy...that was actually part of our conversation!

J said he didn't care if it was 1 or 2 beds, and I pointed out that Lew likes to cuddle. J (a marine) said "he would only do it ONCE"...

Home made vegetable beef soup today, it was really good. Really windy out this afternoon through the evening.
 
It is crazy windy today and naturally it's trash day. Of course people put their stuff out last night and even with these 96 gallon trash containers the wind can still blow the lids open and blow stuff out of them.
