Did they not allow screenshots last year?
Why wouldn't a screenshot work?
They can't tell the difference, it's literally just a QR code. I used screenshots at a Rockies game this summer and had no issues.
Anyone else still getting the message indicating they haven't purchased any tickets? Frustrating.
The good news is I saved the tickets to my phone, but have no effin idea where they are. I printed the tickets but want to be assured by the ticket office that a printed ticket will be ok at the gate. Naturally, I've been on hold forever. Whoever had the brilliant idea to have electronic tickets needs to be put in a room with us technology challenged people showing us step by step how to see our tickets. I have a feeling the policy would change and actual tickets would be mailed going forward.

He can still print them off from the main account. It's in the other heading up by transfer your tickets.
All events are moving away from hard tickets, this isn't just an ISU thing.
Did you save them to Google Pay? On page 3 of this thread someone explained to me how to see them in Gpay
I assume you're talking about the ISU app here? I occasionally get that message, as well as being forced to log in at weird times, but I either hit the "refresh" button that pops up underneath the message about not having purchased tickets, or I close out of the app and totally swipe it away (don't just switch away to another app and switch back), then reopen and login if necessary and it takes care of itself.
I read it but its not a process I'm familiar with. The tickets are on my phone. I just don' know how to find them. FRUSTRATING!
