Yeah I tried the chat and got an automated response saying the site was down. Ticket office finally answered and reiterated this. Said to try again in the morning. Was told they have been fielding lots of calls about it.

The mobile pass portal appears to be working now. When I created my account it said it failed but I received a confirmation text and it appears that I successfully registered.
How do I get a "wallet" onto my android phone? I printed the tickets for the UNI game and the parking pass so I'll have them at the gate, but I'd like to cover my bases and load them onto a wallet too. I don't want a cf at the gate. TIA
Google pay is your digital wallet. Set that up, log into the ISU app and go to your tickets. There should be a save to wallet option for each ticket
On Cyclones.com under My Tickets, I clicked on the ticket details and scrolled to the bottom of the first ticket in my Wallet and it reads: NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO RE-ADMISSION. Does that mean that ISU has changed their policy which enabled folks to leave at halftime for their needed alcoholic beverages?

Maybe ISU should hold a workshop and offer us a free dinner and then have students there to setup our phones for us.
This is so easy on Apple phones. I loaded tickets to the Wallet on my phone for every game last year. Don’t print the tickets. The Wallet is important so you are not dependent on the internet at the gate. I’ve already loaded my 2021 tickets and parking passes to the Wallet and transferred two tickets for each game.

So far its a PIA to do this on my android. Probably easy to do for most people. I'm not most people.
This is my first year with them, but from what I have read it's a new system this year so it will be new for everyone. You should have received an email this afternoon. You need to go to iowastate.seasonshare.com and register. Give your phone number, you will get a text with a link to access your tickets the day before the games. Also will be able to request seats next to other mobile pass users. At least that's how I understand it.
Got the email. Can't log into the mobile site or my account on my laptop. It's saying I don't have any tickets for any ISU events. But I have three season tickets and the email from today saying all i needed to do was log in and transfer to my mobile wallet. WTF.
EDIT: Nevermind. The glitch figured itself out and I've added all games to my mobile wallet. Wow is that convenient as hell

I downloaded my 2 tickets for each game into my google wallet. However, when I go into google wallet to view them, I can see only 1 of the 2 tickets for most of the games. When I try to download again the tickets I cannot see, it says they've already been saved. Any suggestions?
Go to the first and do a swipe sideways. You may have both, but just have to swipe right or left.
This is my third season with mobile tickets. In the past, I would get a text about 24 hours before game time (sometimes earlier) with a link to "claim my tickets." That's when I would find out my seat location and was able to download my tickets to my wallet (I also screenshotted the QR codes just in case I had connection issues at the gate). I don't know if the new system will be similar or not. We shall see!
I tried that. I can see what looks like maybe a small portion of the other ticket, but that's it.
