I have absolutely no interest in these Olympics besides baseball and maybe golf. Swimming isn’t nearly as fun without Phelps

I watched Men's VB the other day and thought it was awesome. The power they hit the ball with, holy **** get out of the way!!!!!

And of course I always enjoy women's beach VB
I was a fan of that Latvian womens beach VB player.

Just for fun. This is what happened during the halftime of the USA vs France MBB game. Judgment Day is coming soon. ;)

Can it dunk? with the slow release there is a good chance even I could get the block if it can't jump. The darn thing looks pretty tall though.

Aussie women's swimmers taking it to us more than I'd like.
The women’s team is very young. They will crush the ‘24. The depth of talent right now in us swimming is insane.a kid that didn’t qualify for the team this year went the fastest in the world this last weekend down in Austin in the men’s 400 im.

Oof. Biles has withdrawn from competition due to a 'medical issue'.
She felt she was dragging down the team but hopes to compete in the individual events. Hopefully she can do that and go out on top. An extra year isn't kind to someone competing in a sport at 24 years old when most 18 year olds are over the hill.
She's been great for so long and I feel for her.

I'm a cynic so of course I don't really believe she didn't compete in the best interests of the team. A 50% Biles is better than the girl who replaced her. She did it, IMO, because she didn't want to ruin her chances at the individual all around by further injuring herself.

Bad timing for her injury, that really sucks. She's so great that even injured I think she's the favorite in the all around if she can handle the pain.
