I am paying too much attention to this boat. Any attention is too much, but I’m checking up daily on it.

Not sure why they can't bring in an empty cargo ship and a crane to unload it. Get all that weight off of it might make it easier to get it to move.
First thing I noticed was the pile of dirt on the front side of the the front of it. That means it is hung up right there. They have excavated along the back side, but the backside isn’t the hung up part. You have to clean the front away. Unless your goal is to hook on and yank it backwards. I think they have been doing the wrong things to free it.
There isn't an excavator in the world big enough to dig effectively under that thing while sitting safely on the bank.
They would be better trying to use high volume water pumps to jet material from underneath, IMO.
The mercenaries that the US govt hired to clean them out. Although the dude I know that led one of the biggest mercenary groups was killed so I haven’t heard the details much lately.

Have they tried slamming it back and forth between reverse and drive?
You would think the Canal Authority or Egypt would just have a couple of vacuum dredges sitting around in the canal doing maintenance and upkeep. I find it odd that the best piece of equipment they had was was an excavator. Good drama, I guess.

I think South Africa is behind this. Making bank while they stop at cape town to refuel going around Africa.
