He maybe a good assistant and recruiter. But felt his X and O’s has been terrible since day 1. Even with a loaded roster he has been on the bubble.

a number of years with Fred - felt like a legit chance to playin final 4

I just saw somewhere else that we are rated 131 in KenPom's most recent rating which is the lowest rating since Fred's third game at ISU over a decade ago. Definitely trending in the wrong direction.
 
This team is like a printing press for money. Just take whoever they are playing and lay the points. Like shooting ducks on a pond. Thanks Steve!

Yes it is. But whether Steve is here or not next year, I'm not staying away.

Well said. Much longer and darker than anything these fire Steve fans could ever imagine. These things run in cycles. It’s only temporary, just drink your Bush Light and keep telling yourself it will be all right.

You’ll be there with less than 50% of the fan base. Because the other 50%+ have already checked out because they already know what Prohm can do with guys like Foster and Hunter (not much).
 
He couldn’t get it done with a healthy Halliburton last year, why would we think any new players are going to develop and do well under him?

This is my thinking, it's nothing against the fr class this year but none fit the mold of the guys Steve has had success with here. With the way he wants to spread everyone out, not being able to be a factor off the dribble makes you useless, unless you can hit 40% of your 3's. He would need to start all over again to find guys that fit what he wants to do, he's always chosen that over adjusting his coaching to the teams strengths and that's the biggest reason the roster is as thin as it has been the last two years.
