This is exactly why Campbell went ballistic. The first couple of offsides we screwed up by not just catching them and snapping. This one has to be called. Whether there was actual contact or not that gets called probably 999/1000. Combine it with the utter BS on the ejection and we were getting screwed. It was amazing how much cleaner the second half was officiated.

Yes. I was shocked that both Purdy and Campbell carried on the rant. I know they know these basic rules. I was quite surprised Campbell did not get a technical. (I know most will disagree here, but) I actually thought he was threatening the official the way he kept repeatedly pointing at him. Seemed totally out of character for Campbell.

Jimboy is a pretty popular guy for football reactions, most of his videos are on funny or crazy things that happen. It'll only make people like Campbell more.

I don’t really know why you are arguing or trying to prove your point with me. I agree the rule is bad, but it’s still the rule and unfortunately was applied correctly. It sucks and I hope they at least look at it going forward.

Lol this is fake news. Watch the video instead of looking at a still photo. The d-lineman went past the left side of the RGs head. If he made contact there would have been a reaction from the RG. This game had some iffy calls, but this one was correct.
