Worst case scenario for bowl game should be Alamo against USC or Washington, right?
Best case scenario (realistically) is Cotton bowl against Texas A&M or Florida?

Never know on bowl games. About only sure bet Is champ goes to cotton.

I would love to plaster Iowa in the Alamo Bowl.

I would hate to have to listen to Iowa fans before kickoff.

Typically in the sugar is a semi game years, champ goes to the cotton. Typically, not guaranteed

Wonder if there is any chance for a NY6 bowl if we lose to OU in Big 12 title game. I’ sure the few open spots will fill up with SEC teams, though.

I believe it's an "at large" thing, but likely we (or any other Big 12 school) would go to the Cotton

I can't imagine a 3 loss non-blueblood getting a NY6 bowl. Lets just win!

I heard there is a 99% chance that happens . . .
Except, did anyone else hear the announcers during our game say that with a loss Texas will get stuck going to the Alamo Bowl when they want a NY6? I could swear they said that and I was thinking, no way in hell Texas gets the Alamo with 3 losses and not in the CCG.

My worst case scenario is based on our great showing of fans travelling two years ago. I would think they want us back, but in a year of covid who knows what they would do.
