Any Recruiting News?

After waiting so long for good recruiting news, I’m not sure I can handle this all at once.
2022 is still very early in the cycle. Probably too early to tell where the class will end up, but the 2 Michigan kids are a great start
My bad. I misread that it was 2022. All this recruiting news has me riled up I guess. I’m newer to wrestling recruiting but I’ll learn fellas!

This is nuts. So much great news just rolling in like crazy!
As I think others have said, having some scholarship money open up is likely helping us go from just being in the hunt for these top recruits to actually landing them.

Rojas chose Iowa State over Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Michigan State, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Purdue, Indiana, and Campbell. If able to stay at 174, he could fill the void after Sam Colbray is done in one or two years.

I am going to list the recruits for 2020,2021,& 2022. by weight class.
Just projecting the weight they may end up at.

Rojas is #15 in Flo's Class of 2022 Big Board that was updated today.
Swiderski is #72, which is exactly where he was in their last updated big board in April, which I find surprising. He beat Tom Crook, who is #35, just last month at Super 32, then went undefeated at the NHSCA duals, beating a highly ranked senior along the way.
So basically I'm the guy who agrees with rankings until they don't give our guys a big enough bump.

Good catch. I changed it. Remember Carr & Shapiro will be on the same team as the above wrestlers.
With Carr and Shapiro added in. That line-up looks pretty wicked.
The fun part is that given Dresser and Co. ability to develop kids, there’s a kid or two in that projected lineup that isn’t one of the big name gets but will develop into an absolute hammer.
I never want all this good news to stop. This week has been so fun for Cyclone wrestling.
