  Playing KSU at the end of the season for a shot at the title game? Whew....not sure how I feel. The league did agree upon rules, but I'd hope we would only postpone if they truly couldn't field the team...if we'd play a bunch of 3rd stringers, that's on them for not having discipline.

Imagine KSU fully healthy on 12 Dec, only to have us with the 'Rona...just enough to take out some skill players...but not enough to cancel.

Jamie said last night on the coaches show that we was texting the Kstate AD yesterday about who will be in his suite Saturday and expects there to be a game.

COVID and injuries only effect K-State and nobody else so we should consider postponing.

I'm not aware of any reported cases of COVID being transmitted between players during a football game. Not that I've done an in-depth search, but I don't think it happens.

This is what I've heard from a source.. Kansas State would have to have a few guys in a couple of position groups test positive in order for the game to be postponed.

Nobody wants to play in Iowa in the middle of December. Dec 5th is even pushing it. Could be a foot of snow on the ground

Or you know, we could play the game as it's supposed to be scheduled because then we're not playing in bitter cold temperatures. I'm sure Clemson would've loved to have been able to play Notre Dame with Lawrence but that's the way it goes.

K-State won't have Skylar Thompson regardless when it's played. And Ames is your home field.
