I was thinking about this the other day watching tacklers unable to hang on to a ball carrier. Do players ever point out a slippery player on the field so a referee can check them on the spot? Isn't doctoring like that grounds for immediate disqualification?

Kicking in mental. I think it is more about getting the kicker thinking about something other than executing his kick. A strong minded kicker it shouldn't affect. One who struggles; it may.

I know a lot of people don't like the dumb chants by the band on free throws. A good free throw shooter it shouldn't affect. But a free throw shooter who struggles in concentrating on the task at hand anyway may be distracted by a stupid chant.
