Yeah, definitely not a decent game time.. Although, home teams usually do better on later kickoff times.

I think it's weird having the marquee game (OSU/KSU) on at 11.
They can bring fuel, but they forgot to specify the type, brand and grade of fuel that will be used in their heaters so that will have to be dis-allowed by the conference heads.
Weird? That's up to you. But it's not a rare thing, especially later in the season.
