I'll have to say.... that's a pretty good first post!!! Congrats!
Lurker (and response poster) for 14 years and THIS WAS THE TIME. We’re in the conference championship driver’s seat!!!!
One of my main goals as a Cyclone fan is to be able to witness in person ISU beating the Sooners in football. I gave up my tickets this year because of all the Covid crap, but today still makes me so happy to be a Cyclone!
58 years old and its the first time in my life we have beaten OU at home. Great to watch, too bad I was not there to watch it in person.
I have been there in person for all of the special home wins in football for the past 20 years. Not this year. Here's hoping we're both back there next fall!
Our results vs OU was really the biggest conference black mark outside of having a conference championship.
Now for that...
We did also, the best two wins in ISU history, the victory versus OSU when ranked number 2 and tonight, we watched it on tv, and we have had tickets for over 10 years.

If I’m counting right, I was -45 days old the last time.
I was -34 years. It’s crazy as my parents weren’t even born. When we beat them a couple of years ago that was the first victory in my life regardless of location.
We decided on Thursday that we were going, regardless of possible rain. Sooooo glad we did! No voice today, but what an amazing experience! Plus, it was competitive throughout the whole game, not some huge comeback. It felt like we were every bit as good as them, turned out we were better

Give it a couple years and there will be 50k who will say they were part of the 15k
How true that is, I just feel like we gave up something when we rolled our tickets over to next year. Just not willing to chance it with our special needs daughter, we will be there again next season.
Great win, but man, I would have loved to been there and seen it in person.
