Careful, at this rate Texas will fire Herman and get a real coach.
 
K State held on two consecutive plays just now, neither one called. First one allowed an 18 yard run for first down. Next play a run for TD. Obvious holding both plays, no flags. Refs having a bad day.

Texas sucks... they should be 1-2 right now. They had no business winning last week.... still not sure how TT screwed that up??
 
I think I’ve said it for 16 years on here - Texas is to football what Ohio State is to basketball. They both get amazing talent, have huge natural advantages, and every year disappoint. While OSU basketball has been less hyped the past few years, they both have a huge legacy of pissing everything down their leg.

They ended up taking the points and since it was a scoring play the game ended. When the ref made his initial announcement he started by saying the safety stands, then explained the penalty, holding on the offense half the distance to the goal we will have one untimed down. or something along those lines. His wording made it seem like TCU was still going to be on offense and the spot of the ball was such that TCU wouldn't have had space to take a knee.

But why take the points? I mean, you’re probably going to lose regardless, but why not take the untimed down if you’re Texas on the chance or a botched snap you can pick up and run back?

I'll tell you who wanted that safety. People who had the over in that game. Pre safety over under total was at 62 the safety put it at 64. over under for that game was 62.5

The game can end on an offensive penalty right? I don't know.
 
I don’t know who in the world can take Texas back to where they want to be (or think with their egos that they are currently) but Tom Herman ain’t that man.
