nope flag on the last play.. and a safety for Texas.
Yeah, not sure what the refs were doing but it looked like they were about to force TCU to run another play from about the 2 yard line after giving Texas 2 points for the safety.

Baylor and wvu tied at 21 in 2 overtimes? I like what WVU did there. Just run the ball until they stop you. Lining up the fg to win sounds like a way to lose to me.

I am not for sure if there was one second left for Texas as TCU would have kick it afterwards, no? No review of that?

I thought the exact same thing. There definitely was one second left on the clock when Duggan stepped out of the back of the endzone because I was wondering why he didn't wait just a tad bit longer to step out. They should have looked at that for sure.

But I'm glad Texas lost..... that is awesome! Can't stand Herman.... he is SO overrated!

My assumption was if Texas accepted the holding, it was an untimed down, which TCU could just kneel on. No idea why they didn’t have that down, unless Texas declined the penalty, which would give them the points but end the game?

It's pretty astounding how many teams don't do this. Who cares if the D is ready for it if they can't stop it?

The DE for KSU took an absolute cheap shot at Bowman’s knees. I would be embarrassed if I was a KSU fan.

I'm sure in ISU history there have been at least a couple times when ISU lined up the FG and then missed it. Not sure, but it seems like one of those lost ISU a chance to play in the conference championship.

The only worry is fumbling. Other than that.... yeah... you would be dumb not to just run it every down until they can stop you.

They did vs. Missouri in '04 but that was like a 20 yard field goal.

At KU the next season iirc there was a similar situation in OT.

I'm thinking more along the lines of how a team is running the ball, and then they pull up to throw like they're being so elusive when it's not necessary.

As much as I disliked that old buzzard, Haden was right, you have to scratch where it itches. No sense trying something that might work, when what you are doing is definitely working.
