So you are concluding that Buggs didn't want to be a distributor and defensive grinder based on those 3 "demands"? That's BS.
Any lead facilitator is going to have +20% usage when he is on the court.
If he was signed instead of Harris, he would be the projected starter at PG over Jackson and Walker and get at least 30 MPG. If he was recruited over like Harris would have been with Gach, he could have departed ISU before Fall classes started.
The only scenario where he wouldn't start would be if Prohm started Bolton, JCL, Johnson, Foster and Conditt/Solo. That lineup only happens if Bolton/Johnson are effective co-facilitators but I question if Prohm could effectively coach up that type of 2 big lineup and not have a clear lead facilitator for the first time in his head coaching career. And if no one else is added this summer, that should be the target lineup because Harris, Jackson or Walker aren't going to cut it as starters on a NCAA tourney quality team.
