Gach Harris Bolton JCL Johnson four of these five on the floor 95% of the time looks like a formidable rotation. Gach is big enough to defend the four when Johnson sits.

I think he has the best chance of the freshman to get extended playing time.

Only if he actually can play the 4. He won’t “have” to like Jacobson last year. This year we have plenty of options at the 4 unlike last year. Young Conditt and Foster all appear to be 5’s, but with Foster being and “unknown” there’s a chance he could play 4.

lucky for us, taking young athletes and getting them productive defensively is prohm's specialty. he's also very creative offensively with multiple bigs on the court.

How would one be "not an ideal teammate" to someone who was not a teammate?

If we land Gach, and him and Harris can both play right away, I think we can make the NCAA tourney.

It will take some time for the team to gel, but I think once it does, they could be pretty good.
