Don't forget this one

This one was giving me problems yesterday while I watched a rerun of a TV show
dudek.png
First one is named mayhem.
Second one is DA from Suits
third one is Mahones
fourth one I would have not minded meeting 25 years ago as long as it wasn’t around Christmas time because I want no part of her hallmark Christmas’.

With a part time job where you don’t need the money, but you are doing the job for strictly the extra money; how long would you work until you basically quit due to poor follow through on payment. It’s a commission job so the more I work the more I earn, except I’m earning and getting paid extremely slow. And getting slower.

Interesting that we recognize them from entirely different roles. :D

I would give them an ultimatum. I have earned this money, if you can't pay me in a reasonable time - you set the time limit - I won't be working for you.

Are they to a point where they are breaking any laws in delaying your payments?

So, Gradebooks in Canvas are apparently hard. Should not have told T.A. I would do it.

Page titled "How Do I Use Gradebook" on a Canvas forum shows me that I can open one up. Nothing about building.

Watched a video, because why not, and I apparently have to make assignments in order to have a gradebook. Cool.

Canvas is kind of slick, but mostly just a much harder way to get simple things done.
I have some faculty friends that comment about the user-unfriendliness of Canvas. Apparently there is a steep learning curve. You have my sympathy!

It's pretty simple and slick enough when you know what to do.
It just takes a lot of searching for the answers, because they aren't forthcoming, and a lot of unnecessary steps.

In short, Blackboard was a lot more efficient, but Canvas looks better.

Ok, let’s throw more background into this. The guy is kinda a neighbor, we were acquaintances before I started this. He gets paid a little slower and I know they are continually hand to mouth on things. He gets paid generally 1-3 months out on his invoices. I have a good chunk from the month of September that I’m waiting on. I took harvest off so there is a gap for those months I understand. He wants extra workers but I’m positive anybody else would have quit now. I have slowed to a crawl in my work where what I used to to in 2 days I dabble for a week or so on.

I started this (I’m required to apprentice for about three years at my rate) to avoid cutting into a lot of cash for when the kids are at school. If I can earn 10k until my second kid hits college, amp it up to 20k for a year and the. Back down to 12-15k after that I would be very happy. Just hard to work when you get zero back.

Anne Dudek. She was in Covert Affairs and a few episodes of Bosch season 4.

And I think of Prison Break first when I see William Fichtner.
When I see William Fitchner I think of the movie GO when he is giving his Confederated Products sales pitch

Must mean they are in quite a few, since I’m guessing we watch slightly different things.
St Elsewhere was probably before your time for David Morse, but I kind of thought everyone had seen Band of Brothers (McDonough as Lt Buck Compton, the LT who went crazy) & Armageddon (Fichtner as Col Sharp, the commander of the shuttle).

Morse was also in "The Green Mile" with Tom Hanks.

Saw Armageddon but just finished prison break and he was a main character there. Anybody who watched prison break, skip the last season. It was bad.

No wonder Bloomberg didn’t do well, just saw a long commercial for him, wonder if he thinks the caucus is next week.

The Yemen one. While the first ones were tough to believe, this one was always impossible to believe any iMO.
The actor who plays Lincoln posted on his instagram last week a clip from season 4 with the caption "#prisonbreak6...patience". I love the show, but I don't see how they can do anything original at this point.
