I legitimately didn't know there was h.s. fball in Canada.
Chubba Hubbard is from Canada. I'm sure there are others, but yeah you don't see many prospects from the Great White North.
Some sites have him listed as from Mississauga, ON (near Burlington, as listed in OP). Same area as Naz Mitrou-Long and I thought maybe another male athlete at ISU but google just shows a volleyball player.
How about from suburban Toronto?
Fran Fraschilla has said that the best urban area for basketball is greater Toronto. Why not football too?

Since they played against an all American schedule, I don't think it matters that much. They most likely had to play the same rules as the American high schools.
