Okie St Dual

Watching the UNI-OKST dual, looks like Joe Smith will wrestle against Steiert at 174. Something to think about in terms of Colbray’s opponent for tomorrow.

A late night dual & having to weigh in at 1 tomorrow might be playing a big part.

Does Ok State get a pound allowance tomorrow for back to back day weigh ins?

That match at 25 was closer than I expected. Maybe Alex can pull a big upset.

He can, but Mackall wrestle so loose at times. Constant action, which is fun to watch, but Picc is so dangerous. Just takes one mistake, and Mackall makes multiple every match. We’ll see.

We match up well with UNI if we are healthy. I do expect a victory today after watching the dual with UNI. Definitely feel more confident in Colbray winning with Smith getting back into shape. Super excited to watch, son has wrestling tournament this afternoon so I am hoping I can watch the replay without knowing the results. :-)

33 I think is ur answer. A bonus point victory or a pin from David would be nice.
Yes, we have to have 33. I bet we see Gfeller at 41 and possibly Shomers at 74 if they are staggering weigh-ins. It will be important to keep to regular decisions at 49 (assuming no Deagan), 65 and 97.

Geer, Boo, and Wittlake were the bright spots for Ok State. The rest looked exhausted against UNI

I’m more concerned about 74 than 33. Also more concerned about 41 if gfeller wrestles.

Also, as mentioned limiting bonus will be huge. Mackall and Straw have been known to go to their back in some big spots and that would be a killer today.

Straw really needs to wrestle like he did against the bull

Degen out warming up with his hood up. May be a gamesmanship deal but he’s out there
