Random Thoughts 14: I can see clearly now 2020 edition

Good thoughts: my scrubbing for FY21 budgets is done and waiting on review.
Bad thoughts: Forecasting might start today and I haven't been following up on things due to creating budgets.

I dislike budget creation month

My ship just went in the shop so I’m dead in the water to you. Thought the windmill guys filled everything in? They pick up the rock already? Hope not because they were going to spread it for a turnaround for you guys.

Student section was thin didn't even fill all their seats in the lower bowl. So then that whole part of the balcony behind the basket is left open. There were quite a few holes elsewhere probably 300 or so open seats down in the lower bowl, and quite a few up top. I'm guessing actual attendance was 11-12,000(?).

Crowd did a pretty good job of getting in to it a few times, but yeah it was a pretty nervous crowd.

I scored a win though, buddy of mine went with me, I supplied the tickets and he supplied the walking tacos and a drink!

I pointed out the wrong dude to you last night. He was actually directly below you in row 11. I lost perspective when I came up to your seats. :D
Lew finally responded to one of his rants. He didn't stop, but they were less frequent after that. My favorite was "why the hell is our 5 out above the arc" just as Conditt was sinking a 3pt shot. He knew everything about where every player should be and he had a particular hard on for Solo. And this, when Solo had a career night. Some people...

Anyone else at Iowa Pork Congress today? I'll be back in Ames in time for WBB, but we bought tickets for Tedeschi Trucks show before knowing this was a basketball night.
 
It's not iguanas falling out of trees, but apparently animals like "Obsession for Men."
