Meh...our kind of weather! Look what Nebraska gets to look forward to in their trip to Minnesota...

Saturday Night
Scattered rain showers before 8pm, then scattered rain and snow showers between 8pm and midnight, then scattered snow showers after midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 33. West wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

Delightful.

No kidding. My Dad is getting anxious. They'd managed to dodged the worst of it for weeks, but now there is flooding. Hopefully, we get some dry weeks here. It feels like this is the 4th September in a row with ****** weather for farmers.

One of the news stations said we had 6 weekends in a row with rain going back to Aug 31. So clearly September is the month that sucks and we should strike it from the calendar. Brocktober is far superior.

I hope there is a monsoon and lightning orgy on Saturday night starting about 6:30 PM.

Oh, lordy, let's hope not. TCF Stadium is Field Turf and the turf thread will just explode with "See! See! See! Rain and stuff and the playing surface is still GREAT!" o_O

The one good thing about all of this rain is that I haven't had to run the sprinkler on my grass that I seeded on labor day weekend.

I typically love October weather in Colorado. That being said, we had a 61° temperature drop from a high of 83° yesterday to 22° today with rain/snow. Back in the 60's tomorrow...

I have to acknowledge that the weather in Mpls did not totally suck today. Did not rain. Was mostly sunny and hit 69 degrees. Of course the wind was gusting to 40 mph.

It's not supposed to suck Sat or Sunday either. After that it's back to suck.
