Corns fine and all, but it's not really a desirable defining characteristic.
Because literally everyone thinks that is all the state of Iowa is Corn and Pigs. Which is basically true, unfortunately. But, sometimes it would be nice if we tried to market ourselves as a little more than that. And for the state to pursue more than that.

Not hating, just think its annoying how ESPN always equates ISU to nothing but a cornfield. Why not open the show with a shot of the Jack Trice Statue or maybe the beautiful central campus.
