Just keep taking him when he's happy. Or put something of mom's on your shoulder if it's a case where there's no choice and it needs to be you. We had a stretch where both of us could do bedtime but now it's back to all mom. But he'll stand at the window watching DH mow and excitedly point and "Dadadadada" all day. Well, until I get my phone out to try and record to prove to DH that baby does love him and knows his name.
Well, he is in "good" company...

We went to the state fair on Saturday. In the midway, somebody offered to sell the 13-year-old and her friend weed and somebody started talking to my son and his friend about religion.

We Facetimed with the college daughter last night. She was a little distracted because she was studying on her laptop, BEFORE CLASSES STARTED! I know this is a good thing but 18-year-old JCyclonee is very confused by this.
How were the crowds? I believe they set records both Thursday and Friday. I expected the same Saturday considering how beautiful it was and they were predicting rain on Sunday. I have sworn off MSF on weekends. I just don't have that much fun with that size of crowd.
Uuummmmm.......think the positive. If he will only go to mom, use that when he gets up at night, he only likes mom, then go back to bed. There are positives to this.
We got there at about 9 and left at about 4. The crowds were bad the last 2 hours but it didn't seem as bad as other times, maybe because it wasn't so blazing hot and humid. Also, it seemed like there was more new stuff than usual.
She is content in a relationship with her boyfriend who is over 200 miles away.
Do NOT eat the eggcicle. A frozen egg on a stick. I did that around 35 years ago and never went back to your state fair. That made be sick for a week.
Sorry but that was your fault for eating something called an eggcicle.
I was around 10. Somebody shoves food on a stick to you at that age you eat it. Should have had an age limit for it. Fed them by the beer garden maybe.
I just checked the MSF attendance. At the end of the fourth day they were already more than 50,000 over the pace of last year's record attendance.
What I'm most impressed with at the MN State Fair is how many bathrooms they have now. As a guy, you don't ever wait in line (and women don't wait long either) and they're like, clean. So un-fairlike.
I'm guessing today drops the attendance average by quite a bit.
