Did an interview with a local TV station this morning on EAA for their noon show..The airport (which had been made aware of the interview and where we were doing part of it) nixed the first part of it so now I am nervous about if he will use any of that footage because it was good even though I told him not to.

Next stop is wxman1 on the no fly list.

On local TV you really need to be careful what you say as a representative of the Erotic Authors Association.

Randoms:

I want a better Nikon wildlife lense, like a 80-400mm AF-S.

Ear worm this morning was a song from 1959. Thanks PBS for that "60 years ago today".

Should be leafing and hosta dividing but don't want to.

Now that I'm home it's back to regularly scheduled physical therapy. Did something new today -- yellow band around the ankles, then alternate feet kicking to the side and to the back. My PT was slipping the band over my feet when I noticed the yellow color looking quite awful with my black pants. Said, "Eww, Hawkeye colors!" He laughed and asked if I wanted a red band. I think he was just kidding. I said no.
(Just FYI that colors denote resistance force: "Red resistance bands are medium to heavy resistance. They have a higher level of tension than green or yellow bands and are harder to stretch. Red bands are suitable for muscle groups that are larger, such as the legs, chest and back, or for individuals who have been building muscle strength.")

Yeah but I also want to hear the details of the fish and region.

Jeremy Wade would talk circles around these people.

#firstworldproblems

I generally enjoy Jeremy Wade's shows, but if I'm slightly tired his voice can put me to sleep. : )

Are these the circle colored bands? It sounds similar to the ones we use at FXB.

Though I haven't gone in months. I'm probably all yellow for legs now.

The burgundy/red/purpleish color of my band is my jam. One minute each way doing clams with it around my knees for glute strength is a big reason I'm currently able to run. It improves nearly every other aspect of my back/leg issues. Planks and opening up the spine via yoga are the other I think.

Welp finished my yard about 9:15 tonight, oh well ahead of the rain anyway. It wasn't overly long but needed to get done before it got carried away.

These are long pieces of rubber-type stretchy stuff. They’re used as is for some arm exercises and tied in a big loop for doing resistance work with legs. At least that’s what I’ve done so far.
