I see people question my suggested out of power activities, but nobody has been able to mention what activities they do at 9 pm in a dark house. I mentioned suggested activities, my wife would probably be making me cut down a tree for emergency firewood or something instead of practicing for another little one.

So the other night I got curious about my mortgage rate, and went to lending tree to see if I could get a better rate. Well, since doing this I've gotten about 15 calls over the past 3 days from doing this. ******* annoying

Took Emma to the vet to get her shots and dewormer today. Weighed her while we were there, she is up to 22 lbs. Sadie weighs 40. Sadie is in for a world of hurt here in a few months.

Bernie Sanders had a rally here today and the news just interviewed some people to get their thoughts or why they support him. One guy has a very strong accent and then says "I wish we had politicians like him in Denmark" wait hold on, you can't even vote here, can you??? This is like that girl in Mean Girls "you don't even go here".

Today was the statewide tornado drill, so they did it at 1:45 and 6:45, but mine also went off at 5. Heard others were going off for like 10 minutes at random times.

ah, so that's why we had our drill today. Literally one minute after I sat down for a late lunch at 1. Then I was a popular person on my way back to my desk and got everyone's questions answered in time to eat a nice cold lunch at 2pm.

A Quiet Place is now on Hulu so I finally watched it. Fantastic movie. I wondered if I was going to be able to watch it without seeing John Krasinski as Jim from the office and he totally nailed it.

Busy day left at 5 and got back at 1130. Good day though got in some solid customer visits.

About 9:45 swung thru Ames for a late supper neither BeBops or Wendy's would answer their drive up window speaker, guess that's one way to get clean up done earlier. Arby's gyro for supper.

A Quiet Place is now on Hulu so I finally watched it. Fantastic movie. I wondered if I was going to be able to watch it without seeing John Krasinski as Jim from the office and he totally nailed it.

I saw that it is on Amazon Prime, too. Was going to watch it while I ran on the treadmill the other day but hubby was already streaming the Masters. No way we can stream two devices at once with our speeds. I had to just listen to music instead.

We used to watch HBO on HBOGO with Dish. Since Dish hasn’t had HBO for 5 months now we broke down and bought a monthly HBO subscription on Amazon. GOT tomorrow night.

Think I am going to watch tonight. I had a similar pre-watch thought on Cargo. Was I going to accept Martin Freeman as a guy fighting to save his baby in an Australian outback zombie apocalypse? Well, he was pretty good and the non-Americanized accent helped.

Told there was power restored. Drove up to throw switch to kill generator and go normal. Just something that bothers me to use a metal rod to shove into a metal block to flip 45k volts from one style to another. Throw switch, now standing in dark room. After all said and done at least auto switch now functioning so I shouldn’t have to go back.
