Some idiot just scheduled 9 meetings. One a month till the end of the year.

Meanwhile, earlier today, with apologies to Groucho Marx. "This morning I shot a turkey in my pajamas. What he was doing in my pajamas I'll never know!"
Okay, "shot" was with a Nikon but I was in my pajamas, no time to get dressed and miss the shot.

He's a "manager" for the Disaster Recovery group. The only thing he manages to do is piss me and pretty much every other tech guy off.
Speaking from experience, that does make it easier to cancel an individual meeting without cancelling all of them.
Had a friend who went to Iceland they enjoyed it. Did some hiking, hot springs and stuff like that.
as an addendum to my morning post about turnout in our area...........DH went at 6:20 and saw our friends in line. They'd been there for 30 minutes. So he went home cause he had the poop monster. They got out at 6:40. Busiest DH said he's seen it. He went back at 7:30..........he said he's ALMOST in the room. So apparently everyone went after work. However, I don't think it's super crazy turnout. I think it's that turnout was higher than they expected and they either didn't have or didn't think they'd need more election workers and just have one table. Usually there's two and they split the line by alphabet and in Nov 2016/2018 a table for new voters. This morning was just all one line.

I would kill for a free week in order to take a vacation. I haven't taken a real road trip in about 4-5 years.
As someone else said Iceland is gorgeous. I think in the last few years they have been overwhelmed by the amount of tourists.
