You should. Outstanding source of various Omega fatty acids--escpecially good if you eat the wild caught (versus farm-raised).
Nothing against it and know people who love it. Just not something real common around here and not something I honestly look for at restaurants. If I could find it for a light lunch that would probably be best. The bank owner that I worked for ate it, he made some weird concoction that made me queasy looking at it, might be why I haven't eaten it.
